A presentation was needed, so salesperson after salesperson would create the PowerPoint or the written proposal from scratch, most likely consuming much time in the process to come up with something not at all stellar. And not at all consistent with company the company's branded look and feel.

Well, here's what happened to one of our clients. He had just given a big presentation to one of those very worthwhile prospects. It went okay. He didn't mess up, but didn't really stand out either.
